Adriane brings over 15 years’ experience in the areas of strategic planning, team development, and program management. She has worked with a variety of organizations, from nonprofits to public agencies, to help them better understand where they are and where they want to go. Her professional experience spans from private sector tech to nonprofit senior leadership, from Google to Girl Scouts, and includes extensive work on diversity, equity, inclusion, access, and racial justice.

Adriane holds a master’s degree in public administration with an emphasis on nonprofit management from the University of Southern California. She is a certified practitioner of the Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team, trained in Strategic Visioning, and is a certified volunteer administrator (www.cvacert.org). In 2021, she received the Excellence in Volunteer Program Development award from the Minnesota Alliance for Volunteer Advancement.

Adriane lives in an old house on Stillwater’s North Hill with her husband, also a local business owner, and two boys. In her spare time, she loves to explore hiking trails, spend time with her family, read, and bake bread.
